The staff were genuinely professional and attentive in case of questions. Our accommodation was set in a secluded location next to various local restaurants and a frequent shuttle bus service from the resort down to Funchal, multiple restarants, and Madeira-Cabo Girao. Plus, main attraction such as Teleferico do Rancho was 2 km from this hotel.

Everyone was very good and the room was spotless and spacious. The location was stunning and marvellous, on a hill on top of the VR1 tunnel, and the view was excellant, too.
The location was a bit remote, it's a pitty.
